My first green mountain pellet grill brisket. 14 hours at 230deg

It's money but a tad bit salty due to the excessive rub application.

Cheers!

Not many people will nut up and own that after the time invested in a brisket. I've been guilty over over applying rub before and ruining a brisket. Next one will be better after the lesson learned.

It's also tough to admit it considering u probably spent quite a bit of $ on the brisket.

Shoyu ahi poke, portobello mushrooms, onions, and garlic sautéed in butter, sirloin burger served on a gluten free toasted bun. Not bad for just trying to use up the rest of our food...actually it was F'n amazing!
