That's what I mainly noticed. It was ridiculous. Back when I lived there it was fairly easy to negotiate your way around town. Probably a lot has to do with the growth of MTSU. They're D1 now, aren't they?

they've been D1 judy have been lots of national attention bc our basketball team is doing so well
