Looks like coolant to me as well. Still doesn't explain that pop sound in your video though. Any chance your steering shaft or pitman arm is somehow contacting the coolant reservoir?

Feel it and smell it. Kind of looks to me as if it's been drying - I'd still have to guess coolant.

Seems like the fluid is coolant. The overflow lid was open and their was some in the side above the ps pump. Now to figure out the popping. Lol everything is or should be tight. Re-torqued everything before the trip. But will go over it all.
