Well, from Hawaii it's boarding passes... in NV, its driver's license, voter registration, property taxes, utilities etc...

Not sure if you prefer being in town or seclusion but I bet you could find a nice piece of property off Hwy 160 near mountain springs, then build the home you want. Plus your be down the street from the Mountain Springs Saloon. I'm sure it's a bit cooler up there in the summer as well.

I've been involved in the design and building of several custom homes...wrangling with architects, permits etc is time consuming and emotionally draining...at this point in my life I'm done with that. Just looking for a very nice home already recently built that we can live in the winter months
