Are they hard to install?
Also, is there any drilling involved or just use the factory hole and such?
Wasn't to sure about them, but they look good and I keep hearing they are worth getting

It was really easy. No drilling just bolt on. Doknocker has a good write up on the isntall but if you take the grill off like Canvas JK said to do it will be super easy.
