So much for satisfyingI'm thinking my rush to winterize may not have been the best decision.
Since the coating remains fluid, this is what happens after a long trip of pretty much 80 mph the whole way.
I'm going to take some Degreaser and power wash it at the diy car wash, hopefully I can clean off a lot of the areas where I don't want it.

Jeep undercarriage winterized, ready for Utah winter.
It's Woolwax, gets sprayed on.What is that process/product?
Should have just went with used engine oil. It's Woolwax, gets sprayed on.
Had a distinct smell for about a week.

Just got back from the car wash and the pressure wand was enough to remove the film from the areas the wind had blown it onto and areas that I didn't want it on.Thats the lanolin in it - looked it up - looks similar to fluid film. it's stinky

Not sure on the JL/JT tapping into the light harness may throw a code for light out the can network will see a voltage change.View attachment 436327

Found this hook holder on Amazon I think it looks better than having it hanging on the tow hook lol
Also auxbeam was having some holiday sales so I snagged some lights and a switch panel just waiting on the mounts for everything

Has anyone wired aftermarket halos to the driving lights on non led JL/JT I tried tapping into the park/driving wires at the fender lights and no lights would work when they were plugged in. The auxbeam panel uses the same fuse for power as the halos so I need to figure something out lol

Man that’s just wild…how many miles?Got the Jeep back, so quiet and full rpm range ready
Cylinder 5 lobe was also worn and ready to make its debut of a misfire.
Some of these lobes are not like the others:

They look good. I did a similar install in the van. BD had a whole kit with replacement bucket that fit into the stock opening. They make a huge difference. Did you go with the SAE compliant ones or a different set?Wanted an upgrade from the factory fog lights but didn't want to bolt on a set. Bought a set of Baja Designs lights that mount inside the factory bumper. Simple install and uses the factory wiring. Super nice kit and got the set for $300 after I said I'll bolt a set on when they told me they were $450. Apparently the guy went to speak to his boss because they had another set on sale but not for a Jeep. 4wd Parts for the win again.
around 127000.Man that’s just wild…how many miles?
Damn seems low…? Poor casting?around 127000.
SAE and it was plug & play. Came with the replacement brackets and it was literally a 20 min install. This kit was well put together. I'm a fan of this product. They look good. So was the sprinter kit I installed. I opted to save some money amd went with the squadron pros as they were cheaper than the SAE kit.SAE and it was plug & play. Came with the replacement brackets and it was literally a 20 min install. This kit was well put together. I'm a fan of this product.
imo, and I'm far from an expert but I think it's the cheap mass pressed rocker arms, I looked at a few and I bet if I were to take a micrometer to them, I wouldn't be able to create a full matching set out of a thousand of them.Damn seems low…? Poor casting?
I wonder if you scan that QR code if it links you to a heat number.

I don't know the manufacturing tolerances but if i were to guess, it's pretty broad.
