So offset and backspacing are just different measurements of pretty much the same thing. Jeep world we talk backspacing instead of offset. According to the chart a 4.5" BS is the same as zero offset.
To answer OP's question, you can't increase backspacing. That's bringing the wheel further inward. You can decrease backspacing by running spacers like spidertrax or buying new wheels.
