Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

My family has been a part of the Pere Marquette Rod and gun club since I was a little kid. It’s right on the Pere Marquette river (the best place for Flyfishing for trout and salmon short of Alaska) just south of Baldwin. Not much there except for trees and fish. But what else do you need!

Wow that’s way cool, I don’t fish but wasn’t there a fishing store like orvis or something on the south side of town? The man I used to rent a cabin from died so I found one on the web last time we went up, it was out past a legion off the east side of 37

Yes! The orvis shop is just past the intersection of the street our cabin is on. We are on the south side of the river. Great area!

Destination: great sand dunes


Then back past the Spanish peaks for sun set on the way home

That is such a great stretch of road. I've made that drive a few times and still haven't stopped at the dunes. Terrible! :doh:

Thanks our JK is...... How do you say, under serious revamp and upgrade at the moment and we've only had it for about 6 months. My wife is kind of upset but at the same time kind of not LOL. Could drive the WJ butt our daughters Jeep won't fit in it
