Headed out into the Eastern Mojave Desert today with Jesse.

Old mines, railroads, cabins, sand dunes, date farm, and watering holes.

The date farm was where the only other people were spotted all day.

I'm calling it The Coronavirus Escape, part 2. Part one was Big Bear Sunday.
Parts 3 and on are TBD

glad I have the lift because it's raining a lot and DOT signs warning to beware of puddling water on the road :doh::doh::doh:
 
Old Dale Road:62 to Pinto Basin

Took my oldest son for a little trail run up to Joshua Tree. Hit the Old Dale through the Pinto Basin. Nice little drive, Until we got to a locked gate at the Pinto Basin. Looks like a cool place to get out for a bit... For my sanity, I really need to do the same.
 
Ran Motino Wash with jdofmemi and Clearskies today. That trail is always different and always a fun challenge. Everyone left with a bruise or two, but also smiles.
