That sucks! X2 back injuries are terrible.

Dude it is awful.....hey to a specialist now for steroid injections. I Fucking hate needles and to top it off I here they are long. So I got an outta wack disc and a torn one. Geez! Then to add insult to injury the doc basically says I'm fat and loosing weight would help. I already knew I was fat....I need a pizza.

That's their solution for everything. Knee hurts? Lose weight. Back problems? You get the picture.

Honestly though my old partner at work was very fit and has two bulging discs, he leaned up some more like 10-15 lbs and actually experienced some relief. My knee is bad, but dropping some lbs actually gave me some relief too. Doesn't fix it but definitely makes it more manageable.

I feel your pain, in traction as we speak for disc issues. Tried the injections several years ago, didn't notice any difference at all.

This at least gives me some relief

Hope ya get better! Had my MRI done and they found a bulged disc and torn one. The specialist can't get me in until first week in July.:grayno:
