Won't go forward in 4x4 high or low when I turn!?

If you put your jeep in 4Lo on pavement and turn your steering wheel all the way your jeep should skip and bounce a lot. If it doesn't it's not engaged. That's how I figured out the vacuum line on my old yj wasn't working.

On pavement, It'll move forward at full lock in both 4hi and 4lo. I tested this out today trying to get my front locker to work...
