Roof Rack + Snorkel = Overland?

So, I'm very interested in getting a Gobirack and a Rooftop tent. Does this now make me a "Overlander" because if that is the case I'm going to have to send all these t-shirts I had made that say "I'm a Trail-rider!!". Dang it!! Why ME!!!!

Just tell them a jeep can go anywhere--rocks, hills, trails, no trails, mountains, plains ect. You name it we will go there. We build to our own personality within our means. At least hopefully, just as long as its a practical build... A stock jeep can go anywhere within its limitations, as we build our rigs we remove many of these limitations.

Disagree simply because of vocabulary.....can you "overland" in a Jeep? Of course you can. Is "overlanding" possible ONLY in a jeep? Of course not...thus, it can't be called Jeeping. If 3 Nissans and 2 Toyotas go out for a 6 day trip from Moab to Mt Rainier, what do we call it?

I've got all of you beat! I made a hammock out of paracord that hangs up inside the Jeep with the back seats laid down! It packs up smaller than a football and doesn't weigh hardly anything AND I still have junk procomp springs and shocks on my Jeep! No silly coilovers or 40 inch tires to keep me from getting in to or sleeping in the "bush"... haha!!!

In the midst of all the commotion going on I thought I'd share a term being thrown around on the overlanding form. Glamping: glorified camping, when someone thinks that they are on an overland expedition but they are really just camping and wasting money.
