I think they look good on her jeep. I've been contemplating fenders and the $$ part brings me back to just trimming mine for now. So we shall see. Think I may wait until I go up to 37s though. Debating about trying to get 4 inch Enforcer lift and run the 35s until I can get 37s. Figure it would look funny with 4 inch lift, 35s, and trimmed fenders.

MCE Style Trim

I really like the look of these as well, but don't have the extra coin to drop on it. I did a little browsing around to see if there were any examples of people cutting their fenders like this and came across this example:

I think it turned out pretty nice and I figure it'll be worth a shot. If I completely botch it, I could still go with the traditional lines that people tend to use, and if I hate that, then I can replace.

He finally showed up, original plan was heated truck lights. But it didn't happen. Figured I better get a set before rigid jacks up the prices. I can handle 400 bucks, but 577 for these is a little too much.
Anyways, they are nice enough to include anti corrosion grease now. 1434059951937.jpg
These seem to fit better than my other set. Probably the jeep housing is better, I don't know.
But got these out of the way. 1434060026212.jpg

Really wish those had a spot in my build budget right now before the price goes up, but ive got too much else with higher priority

I didn't want to either, but didn't want to chance spending more for the same light. But these were really needed, been driving this jeep a lot and factory headlights suck.

I want to get them before the price jumps also. I may try to put them on Northridge layaway program since I don't have the cash now and think the lower price is just on what they have in stock from before the buy out.

I ordered these front shock extenders a month ago from Amazon. Still no sign of them. 1434064666609.jpg
If they ever come in I'll have all the parts for the front. Just need to get bump stops for the back also.
Nothing major, just a little budget boost. Probably wait to put it on until I get rims and tires.
Really looking these method wheels.

But I'm really thinking of adding a rock hard cage next.

I got a template made for the front bumper. I just want to cover up the lights. I had some plexiglass, but it's too brittle. Trying to figure out what to use. Maybe cutting board material or something. 1434229826148.jpg 1434229841746.jpg

Here is the part that I need to fill with foam. The rear driver's side always gets mud and dirt inside. I don't know what that tube is either, I don't remember one on my 12.

I have seen at Lowe's they have three types of plexiglass.

Optiplex 20 times stronger than glass.

&

Duraplex 50 times stronger than glass.

What is that?

That's a Evo spec thingamajig. I really don't know the name. But similar to what evolander uses to run a bigger tire on a factory carrier. Here is the original.
