What a great simple idea. I wish I had done that but I didn't know how much space the 1/4 pounder was going to take up. Good job dude👍🏻

You don't mess around.
Some serious progress

I'm doing what I can ever night after work.

Tonight got the EVO c2 gussets 75% burned on. Ran out of day light and was just getting irritated. My welding wire got tangled 4-5 times which got so annoying. Decided after the last time to just fix it then quit for the night.

Finished up the guasets tonight, and was going to put the wheels on but too much trimming would be needed just to see how they look so I will wait till this weekend to get them on when hopefully I'll have the coils installed.

Also got my wayalife side banners in the mail today, if I had an extra set of hands they would be installed.

I hope your significant other is as into your jeep as you are. Or at least very patient. Lol ! Don't forget your better half needs maintenance too.

Exactly! Bimmers can get temperamental if they're ignored for too long!

If I could only teach the bmw to help me install parts I would be set, it just always looks at me angry sitting there.

Just snagged a dynomax exhaust for $100 on ebay. Its the shorty so I may have issues with inspections but thats a year away lol.

Nice! Yeah but at least the BMW doesn't care about being ridden hard and put up wet!

Never, and I do drive it hard. Surprised I havnt gotten a ticket in it yet. With the seat and harness and cage its hard to just cruise and not be full race car mode lol.

Thanks, I just wish I had switched sooner but glad I started with the 2 door.

So tonight didn't get a whole lot done but did get the vac pump bracket welded back on and installed that again. Forgot to take a pic.

Important things like windshield banner on :yup:

Also got the arb twin underseat bracket installed which was too easy.

Any advantage to under the seat vs engine bay? This looks cleaner IMO!👍

I originally had a VIAR underhood a while back when I was on 35s. It would get so hot just being there I had a hard time even getting the hose attached and then it would shut down after 6 tires. The underseat for a 2 door is a pain due to having to flip the seat up if you do not extend where the hose goes which I never did. I know the arb can handle the under hood better, but I just like the peace of mind of having it inside, cool, and safe.

Makes a lot of sense really. Did you use the whole kit or just the bracket? With the kit, does that mean you don't have to get the manifold?

Since I dont have air lockers yet, I never got the manifold so I am just running the compressor with the extrension to come out of the back seat. The guy sells a kit which looked good to air up all the tires, but without a gauge I didnt see a point to run that, not like I couldnt add in a gauge easily and have them at work, I like the simplicity of the arb hose more.

Awesome thanks! I'm ordering my Twin this week. Was planning on mounting under hood, but I like this idea much better! Plus under the pass seat is just dead space right now. So did you need anything else other then the bracket and compressor to make this install? Does the compressor come with all wiring?

Compressor comes with what is needed, the worst part is running the wires through the small hole aside of the dash but I've done it 2 times now. Pm me and I'll give you a run down of what I did.

More boxes today, it's like Xmas everyday lol.

More lift parts and got the poison spider evap skid and working on EVO sticker install now.
