Don't know what I did. I think I deleted my post.
~11 hours from me. Very inexperienced. Would love to get in on this. Can you put me in for beginner (maybe, need approval).

No need to have any experience. Just the desire to learn and have a good time. I'll put you on the list!

Put me on the list for Intermediate for now, maybe I'll blow my tax return on stepping it up towards Advanced.

Got the green light from the boss.
Now I just need to get the recommended equipment for the beginner group.
Suggestions?

Gotcha on the list. As far as Intermediate versus Advanced group, there is definitely a jump in trail difficulty. Depending on your wheeling experience and, of course, whether or not you make the requirements for Advanced, the biggest difference will be your ability to listen to a spotter and, ultimately, how ballzy you're willing to be. I can ensure you that the Advanced group will be much more stressful than the Intermediate.

The two biggest things would be a CB and rocker guards. The stock Rubi Rails will work fine for this group. As far as the CB goes, I ran a Uniden PRO510XL, Rugged Ridge footman's loop mount, and the Quadratec spare tire mount with a Firestik coax and 3' antenna. I liked the setup and never had an issue. I know a lot of others run the Cobra 75 and Cobra 29 LX. The key is getting something for your budget and making sure everything is setup/grounded/tuned correctly.

Thats the kicker. You can get an intermediate rig up advanced trails, if your willing to drive the shit out of it. Lol

Technically. Though a stock JK is capable of running Intermediate, but there's very little way of getting that same rig up 15 or even 44 for that matter. Well, unless you just Grubb it all the way and worry about what broke when it finally comes to a stop.

Trevor please sign me up for the intermediate group. So far my work schedule will support...

I may want to run with the advance group on Sunday if possible.

I'm still hoping to join one of the pre-runs since I missed the last two. Uwharrie was great, I think this run will be better!

Thanks!

Gotcha down Matt. You're welcome to switch up your run group from day to day, just make sure to let me or the group leader (those still TBD) know. The official trail days are Friday and Saturday. I'm going to leave Sunday open for people to form their own rides, if wanted. Personally, I like to leave Sunday open to hit up Waffle House before heading home.

Thank you!

Waffle House is always a great stop on the way home. We'll see what happens.
