Well, it's official. I am NOT qualified to cut fenders. Nope. I did a GREAT job on the under supports, but the fenders themselves are another story. I left some extra material on the fenders from where I want them to end up... but it's just awful, i didnt even start on the rears because the front came out so bad...

I need to employ a fender trimming expert who can duplicate Moby/Rubicat fenders, a stickler for symmetry, and will work for beer and good jeep company... seriously...

You should be able to use a rasp or some coarse sandpaper to smooth it down to where you want it. Then clean up the edge with some of that black door trim from oreileys.

Or just let dave help. He works well under pressure.

I'm free for most of the day, I think the only thing I have scheduled is an eye doc appointment, and it's early in the AM.

Here's what they look like now, I basically just cut the sides off for now. Until I figure out how I want to style them. You can always remove more fender, putting it back on is the problem...

I'm going to try and take it over to a loading dock and mall flex to check clearances...

I don't have anyone to help me back it up on the edge of the ramp. I'm not to worried about the jeep, it's the railing I'm worried about, I would hate to bump it on camera... (parking lot has cameras)

I didnt flex the rear, but the 3.5 BS is no joke. It looks like I shouldn't have any problem. I'll keep an eye on it for sure

Yeah I've seen that. To be honest even if it wasn't right on top of our due date I wouldn't go. That's going to be such a cluster fuck it would be miserable. It would be a nightmare due to it being Memorial Day weekend alone.
