Man, you guys have really been hoggin up all the snow this year! We've had 2 maybe 3 "snows" this year but nothing over 3" and it's only lasted a few days when we do get it. Then it melts and makes a damn muddy mess. :icon_crazy:
This is one of the most rainy winters I can remember in a long time....

So yesterday I was at a friends house and we were cutting down some huge limbs off his trees that were close and leaning toward his house. So I put my Jeep in his neighbors driveway and stared to unspool my winch to be able to keep tension on the rope and keep the limb from falling toward the house. Well as I went to spool the slack back in nothing happens

So I just called qtech about the warranty on the winch. Dan in customer service said the electrical warranty is only 1 year but mechanical is lifetime. Thinking that it's an electrical issue he is going to see if he can get me a new solenoid under warranty. Just currently waiting on him to call me back. Hope it goes well!

Hope it's under warranty and they get you fixed up.

Oh, and cue 'Should have bought a Warn' comments. Lol.

Well qtech is gonna warranty the solenoid and send me out a new one!! Since I'm across town I should have it by tomorrow
