Learned something about wine this week...apparently the FDA allows vineyards to add up to 100 chemicals to wine during the winemaking process. Needless to say I was less than impressed. Many European and South American wineries don't use the "new and improved" methods that many wineries do here in the good ol' us of a, including many high end ones. So I set off to Total Wine in search of wines that didn't add shitty ingredients and cost less than $20.
