That would depend how your isolator works. Some connect the two batteries when the ignition is on, and some need a certain voltage in the main battery before it'll link the two.

I'm running the Genesis Offroad system which does the latter...

I'd be putting the feed wires from the solar regulator on your auxiliary battery, as that's the one which is going to be drawn down when camping.

Rubi e-locker getting pulled out, replaced with an ARB locker and some 35 spline G2 Placer axles.

I sold my Gobi Stealth rack and have now fitted a Rhino Rack Backbone rack.

Much lighter and much less wind resistance, but obviosly can't be used then the hardtop is removed.
