Yeah, for sure. We'll start getting something planned soon. The weather is starting to get nice finally, haha!

Well this is what it was like out side my place today lol! I would say it was easily 1.5 feet of water on out street.

What part of town was that? When I left the office today it was dark out but I stayed ahead of it seems.

This was right off W Dallas St and Montrose Blvd. I had a good time helping my neighbor pull his R8 through it. He said it didn't look that deep.... I said could you see the side walk lol

I hate it when those guys get out there and then stop. Drowns them out every time.. I saw the storm coming but it seems you guys got the worse of it. The Woodlands had some but not nearly that. Either way, we could use the rain.

It was just funny to watch a grown man cry after his 120k car was half way under water. The guy didn't stop on purpose his car shit off on him. He should of used his brain. Yea seems like if it rains in this area is tried to flood.

That R8 now has a salvage title

Which sucks on so many levels. Great car that will never be the same. I guess someone could scoop it and and strip it and make it a track car.

Someone will buy it and build a Underground racing R8 (1500-2000hp) for the TX2K event.

HEY EVERY ONE...
I want everyone to know that Houston Jeep People is sponsoring a "Suds Run"
This is really cool and a way for all of us "JEEPERS" to give a little back....

6210 Gulf Fwy (IH 45), Texas City, TX (map) THE NEW BUCCEES

Saturday, Nov 8th 2014 What’s it all about?
Families at the Ronald McDonald House Galveston (RMHG), are always in need for laundry detergent, one of the most used sundries during their extended stays. Suds Run is an opportunity to solve the need for laundry
detergent, have fun, and give back to those in need. Suds Run is a laundry detergent drive, both literally and
figuratively. Suds Run I and II were both huge successes. I can't wait to see what 2014 Suds Run III brings to the Galveston House. Combining efforts with Coca-Cola and the Houston Area Jeep Groups, on Nov 8, 2014, a large Jeep caravan will drive to the Ronald McDonald House in Galveston, in tow with hundreds of pounds (I'm praying for 1000's of pounds again this year) of laundry detergent to donate to the families and children. It’s truly a Suds Run and will be one rewarding event! How can YOU get involved?
Donate any powdered laundry detergent, along with zip-style plastic sandwich bags (bags are used to allocate
detergent to each family). Join us with your Jeep or just join us to support the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston for the Suds Run III event, Nov 8, 2014. Our main meeting location will be BUCEES– 9am. We will leave MOM at 9:30 sharp. We will have police escort to the Galveston Ronald McDonald House. I am so excited and each year grows I love the passion that people have for giving back. See you there!
