Hearing Aids

So I finally got new hearing aids but the bad news is there are no hearing aids on the market that are louder then the model I have. What does this mean? Why thanks for asking! This means in a few years my hearing will be so bad I will be deaf! But the important thing is I got new hearing aids after needing them for years!!! :wings::wings::wings::wings:

not dumb at all!! you dont know what caused my hearing loss so asking is totally ok! my hearing loss is nerve damage and so cochlear implants wont help me at all sadly :tearsdrip:
