That's what I was thinking. I bought it to make "pasta" out of zucchini, but figured I'd try other stuff. Have a couple sweet potatoes on hand, might make the kids some chips tomorrow. :thumb:

Have to try this again Frank...EPIC FAIL! In my sleepy "shoot I'm late for work" state of mind I turned the crock pot onto "warm" instead of low...came home to a warm raw chicken....not a pretty site!

The warm feature has a temperature of at least 165, most closer to 200, so if you added liquid it should have still cooked it. It will take longer but will still cook it all the way through.
