Here's the recipe we started with. I just used it as a guide, because I really didn't need all that food for just the two of us!

Give it a shot, it was delicious and I definitely will be making it again.

Tried making a pastrami this weekend, and it turned out good! Used a store bought corned brisket, and smoked with pecan wood. Had great pepper flavor.
