Lowes knock off black metal (green egg copy) is a sleeper guys.

Pork tenderloin , hickory chunks and wood charcoal. 2.5 hours @ 250. 185 internal temp. Ribs still on...

Sometimes there is no plate needed. Just a knife, cutting board and fingers. Skipped the sides all together! Love drinking beer and tending to the smoker on hump day!

Indeed. Weather has been great. Water perfect. Outside of a little fire that delayed some friends a bit it's been fantastic. Heading to Oahu for a few days to visit family.
