What was done to your rig this week?

Installed Genright Aluminum fenders (thought about cutting the stockers, but oh well) and installed larger rotors and new pads (made only a minor difference in braking). Save yourself some $$$ and keep the stock brakes with good pads.

Thanks, again to Wayalife. While burnishing the new pads to the rotors, the check engine light came on. Looked up the code on Wayalife and reset. The computer didn't like my driving. Hasn't triggered since.

CB installed, need to tune the antenna in the parking lot on Saturday morning. Interior lights swapped out for LED bulbs very nice. Changed the oil and filter. Checked out the ARB EZ deflator, air downed to 10 psi and ran around the block and up a dirt road, no issues - Steel 15x8" rims with 12.5x35" Mickey Thompson's. Wanna see how low I can go without slipping a bead.....

Clayton HD front LCA brackets with skids, Off Road Evolution rear lca and shock mount skids. Friend welded them on a few days ago (I can't weld)

These pics are before painting. I've since coated them with krylon rust tough flat black. While I was under there I also painted over the numerous bits of rock rash that I had all over the place.

The last pic shows some fuel line that I split and zip tied over my brake lines where they were making contact with my shock. This is a temporary fix until I replace my lines with braided crown lines.

Was it expensive? I wouldn't think so.... :idontknow:

Well it was $188.96 that was because I moved from Florida. Something about an import tax or fee. Actually there was a $90 transfer fee, and another $40 new registration fee.

The drivers license was a completely different experience. Had to prove that I was a US citizen with a birth certificate, SSN card and four other forms of ID and proof I live in TX. Crazy I tell you.

'Merica right there!

Haha. Man you'd crap yourself if I told you how much registration is for my JK in California. Lol. You've been gone too long.

Last time I registered anything in California it was $60. That should tell you how long I have been out of CA.

I have been stupid busy with this move from Florida to Texas. When I get back from travel it is back to work.
