What was done to your rig this week?

Put on the tailgate strut, plasti-dipped the grill, started my air compressor install (mounted, not wired), and bought some components for the dual battery.

Also ordered my a piller switch mount.

Question...

Shouldn't that joint be flipped the other way to that a rock doesn't break off the zerk fitting?

Yes, it really should face up. It's just really not that big of a deal to have to drop the LCA's, one at a time, to grease the control arm joint. I do my front Johnny Joints on my EVO Envy links this way every time, takes a couple of extra minutes and there is no problem bolting them back up.

Not to steal the answer from him but I did 5 coats on mine and it took a can and a half to do.

I used three coats total. One full can and a little out of the second. Honestly it could use another two or three coats.

Didn't like having my full size cb (cobra 29 lx le) on display at all times, especially with warm weather coming. Since I had my console out for e-brake repairs, I created a space with some minor cutting. Just need to wire a mic input to a remote location on the dash at a later date. Now it is out of sight, and slightly more secure.

Nice job, Kev. Looks good.

Installed my tuffy conceal carry security box.

I'm going to drill and bolt down the rear part of the box another day.

And after my visit to Target, I found a bunch of shopping carts plotting against my jeep

Here was a before pic. Shocks and springs looked original, and were 5 years old.
