What was done to your rig this week?

Replaced my old bent rockhard bumper with a much nicer custom 4x4 fabrication one. Looks so much better. Next is the roof rack and a few little things to go along with that.

I ordered new side steps, Installed the JKS license plate relocater and installed the front half of the Evo Level Kit that I picked up from another member this morning

Warn Zeon 10s synthetic rope winch with Maximus-3 mounting bracket, and Maximus-3 d-ring loops with high lift jack points. Tight fit, some cutting and a bruised knuckle or two later. 4.5 hours worth of fun. IMG_0207.jpg

Had to wash mine, too. Still had a good coating of grime, from the ice storm, last month. I used 303 Aerospace Protectant, on the door handles, fenders, and all the black trim.

I took the traction bars off that came on the Jeep. You can tell that the lack of a front shackle put them under stress by the fact that they are no longer straight...

Went to test the flex, and now I think my front axle isn't powered, despite seeing the driveshaft rotate. Guess I'll have to check the hubs next.

I typically post this kind of stuff in our On the Go thread but thought I would contribute a bit here too - working on Moby's EVO Lever system

Got my skins done on driver side this weekend. I have all the holes drilled and nutserted on passenger side but I'm freaking tired and ready for some sleep. This has been a job and I'm a novice so it's been really fun learning on my own Jeep. I should have the passenger side panels on tomorrow after work and then it's time to mock up the tire carrier. Once that's done it will be off to paint then installed for the last time. I also installed the J.W. Speaker headlights, Rugged Ridge aluminum hood latches, and a Trextop NX this weekend. Got my reverse lights installed to their location also, Rigid Industries A-Series cool white. Saving the wiring job for last.
