Very nice. I assume you have to use a special wood for pipes? Or special coating?

Yeah it's briar wood you can buy it online and the pipe is officially done

I got a chance to restore my first pipe today.

It's a Wellington from the 50s been in a closet for who knows how long

I can't smoke for three days had my wisdom teeth pulled but I did restore a new pipe. A Peterson XL 315 Calabash it came out awesome considering how bad it was.
