My life with a Brick

Sounds like a short somewhere. Any corrosion in the harness when you replaced the tipm? Any recent high water offroading? Honestly I would pull one fuse at a time to try an isolate which circuit the issue is occurring within.

Have you done the clockspring?

Yep did the recalls. The tipm connectors all looked new, the place I sent it actually found and fixed some issues so I was shocked when every symptom was still present. Yes Drummond had a few high water crossings. I called the tipm place and they said I can send it back in it has a 1 year warranty. Maybe Adam is right and I should take it in for a diagnosis

Stupid question but my Jeep has a couple of those symptoms when a cell in my battery died. Have you tried swapping batteries??

Other then that I’m lost. Electrical stuff isn’t my strong suit. If you were local I’d say come by my shop and let me hook our system up to it

Funny background to your question, my Jeep is an 09 and still had the original battery and never skipped a beat. I changed it this summer because it was getting old and after that is when all my problems started

The first one was a red top my son had that he told me I bought for him, I didn’t remember buying it but appreciated his honesty! Then right after that I won an odyssey on IG before I deleted that app. So unfortunately yes I’ve tried 2 batteries. Someone told me there are so many electronics now to put a battery charger on the cables while changing a battery anymore?

So was everything working OK up until you installed the battery you won?

No actually it worked up until the first battery change, a red top Optima that is fairly new. Then when I won the Oddesey battery I was hoping that would fix it but nope

You have way more patience than me. By now I would be debating between pushing off a cliff or setting it on fire. I agree with taking it to a dealer for diagnostics though.

Lol I keep joking about burning it down but my luck I’ll have an electrical fire and they will go through my phone and I’ll end up someone’s girlfriend in prison

if it were me, i'd pull the battery out and look for any wires that may have gotten broken, loose or corroded downline from the battery.

are you sure all the thinner wires got connected back to the battery? I'll need to get a pic of my 2010 but is I recall there are a couple of red and black smaller guage wires that are OEM

did you check the multiswitches on the steering? (cruise control and turn signal switches)
