Typical summertime here. Hopefully this won't be a bad hurricane season. Even though I am a few miles off the Gulf Of America that little creek connects with the Anclote River which connects to the gulf. With the storm surge last year It made it up to about 15ft from my house which is quite a distance.

Not the actual sunrise, although it did just break over the mountains behind me. Just thought it was cool to not wake up in a concrete jungle for a change.
Daughter just started a new Elementary Principal job so we came to pay her a visit this weekend.
Not the crisp cool clear mountain air you expect, it is California after all, but I’m digging the view.
