First article I've seen. Short of many meaty details yet, but unsurprisingly it's full of news I was afraid of, and the worst: Independent front suspension. But as much as I hate to say it, IFS may save the Wrangler.
Engine choices seem meh. I-6's are great torque motors and would be a nice motor to have but LESS the stupid turbos. Seriously, 300 hp is fine as the entry level engine and you can easily do that normally aspirated. Keep the hybrids for the people that think that makes a damn bit of difference and offer the 392 as an option and call it good. Be interesting to see more details as they start to come out.
