Just checked this out on their website. Ill admit, I like the idea, but kinda pointless when Im rocking half doors. If I were looking for a hardtop alternative and had full doors, this seems like it would be a great option to have.

I think it's a pretty cool idea depending on the price I would be interested

It likely won't be cheap. Looks like it uses the premium twill material. Just that in a soft top is $1299 retail.

Add to that the hard substructure of this top, the fancy window side panels and the rear glass and removable latches.

My guess it's the same as a new factory hardtop. What's that run like $1500-$1600???

What is the point? That soft top has to be a pain to take on and off, and you can't put those windows in a window roll, and and go topless any time you want.

water tight?

Might be more watertight than the hardtop freedom top combination that leaks continously and from a different point every time you fix it:grayno:.......I'm not a big fan of sliding windows, usually water and grime collect in the sliders and hidden corrosion quickly settles in and destroys the sliders (Had those on early Nissan Patrols...yuck)

I know some people had problems with the freedom top,Honestly I ran my all winter, and took the panels on and off all the time in the spring with no problems with leaking, and ran a soft top all summer.

It's intriguing, but I too am curious where they plan on pricing it at.

Heck, maybe they'll drop the price of the TrekTop NX since the Pro is coming out?

I like it from a functionality standpoint. I'm not too keen on it from the way it looks. Maybe it will grow on me.

same here...I like the rear window cause I always have trouble with the stupid zipper in dry dusty climate.....don't like the look so much though
