Coming up to Speed With Grubbicon

Ended up picking up a set of wheels and tires that came off a friends Jeep so I can start unmounting my 40s from the spyderlocks.

Ended up breaking the bead off by pulling up on them with the Jeep lol.

Now I just need to finish them separating them. I believe Im going to end up selling the spyderlocks so make me an offer. Im going to try to sell them locally though before I consider shipping them. They were on my Jeep for just over a year and the wheels and rings rings are both powdercoated. Rings are a little beat up but not horrible. The spare never was put on the ground.
 
Alright well Im sure some are well aware that I have a serious want to build a 2dr. Well time as come. I have decided to keep my tons to put on the next jeep and sell the 4dr. Here is the parts list of what I can remember right now there is probably more that I am forgetting.

2007 JKUR 72K miles on it (ill check and make sure. It may be 73)
Automatic
Rock Krawler 5.5" xFactor long arm
King 2.0 shocks
Rear teraflex limiting straps
Poison spyder bfh front comp stinger + disco skid
Warn zeon 10s winch (cable is broke about 10ft off tide off to dring)
Steel poison spyder crusher flares (fronts narrow)
Steel poison spyder body armor and b pillar armor.
Poison spyder rocker knocker sliders (body mount)
EVO Corner arm
EVO tire carrier
EVO aluminum rear fascia and dring mounts
Poison spyder trail cage (mig welded)
Rock Hard harness bar
No carpet and all sound dent is out (other then passenger front floor board)
NAV (fully loaded options from factory)
ARB D44 diff covers front and rear
Front lower control arm skids
Still 4.10s and rubi elockers
1310 front tom woods driveshaft
1310 rear adams drive shaft (new not in jeep yet)
PSC ram assist (all new steering box and everything not factory tapped)
Wet Okle seat covers
Bestop soft doors
Factory soft top (tinted windows)
Factory hard top (tinted windows)
Super chip flashpaq
Poison spyder hood louver
Goodyear 40x13.5r17 MTRKs
17x9.5 Spyderlock beadlock wheels

That is what Ive come up with so far. Im very serious about selling this Jeep but dont have a price on it yet just because I really dont know what its worth. If your interested make me an offer. Even if your not interested Id like to hear what other think a fair price is for a rig like this.

Unlike most that want to sell and go newer I want to build a older jeep. I look at it the less electronics the better. Im looking at either a TJ or i may go for a LJ or 07-08 JK if its the right price.

That's pretty awesome man! If I were you, I would try and find a wrecked 12 and up that's been hit in the back if you plan on doing a stretch or something. Or one that has had the axles and suspension took off since you are upgrading it anyways. I guess look at a junkyard maybe, I'll keep a lookout near my way for you! But that's just my .02 buddy

I hear ya. Id like to have the newer JK motor but refuse the electronics lol. My hope is to find a TJ with the 4.0 that still runs great and is as unmolested as possible. Id also like to have an automatic but id go for a manual if it was the best jeep. I found one earlier that was a 2006 auto with 144 on it and nothing but some chrome smitty built parts on it.

Oh yea I know the electronics can be a bitch, but they aren't that bad. But I figure if you find a wrecked JK, you'll be saving a butt ton of money, which means more money for parts lol. Even if you find a JK with a bad motor, you could always throw a 4.0 in it and make one hell of a rig! Because I haven't seen anyone run a 4.0 in a JK

There was a JK on JKF a couple years ago where the guy did a 4.0 swap when his 3.8 went.

Electronics arent that bad but i just want a rig that i can leave out in the rain with no top or anything i dont have to worry about getting back in and it not wanting to start cause all the electronics are bad. Plus TJs are a whole hell of a lot better to cut because the body isnt multiple pressed together.

Ha, you're funny! I'm sure whatever you end up building will be bad ass, but you'll regret not having gone through with the one tons and ORIs on the 4dr.

Your probably right but like you said earlier its all because im bored with it. Im just ready to move on to the next one. And I've been wanting a 2dr so bad I think its time before I dig myself even deeper in on this 4dr.
