Hello let me ask u some questions? Besides all the bias and all the other things i have seen 1. Why are u against Rough Country 2. Why are u comparing me to other guys with 5-10 Posts? (When i just joined this forum and i'm expressing my opinion and what i have heard and experienced from other Jeepers and mechanics), 3. Why would a guy that has been in the business for over 40 years and has been wheeling for over 40 years recommend this lift to me that is the best he has owned along with other items added to his liking, 4. Why do i see u in almost every post dog on someones rig or bash them?

Why are you such a rough country fan boy? Why do you live in norcal?

I could right now go and drop $75,000 on a rig and customize it to my liking and put all the other (Best Brands On) ......

It's actually a 4.5 lift and my rig doesn't have bump steer galore and actually has a flip kit u just can't see it in the picture. I could right now go and drop $75,000 on a rig and customize it to my liking and put all the other (Best Brands On) but would it be better or would it put Rough Country under u don't know and with that being said everyone has there own preference, opinion and liking.

It's a piece of shit lift and he's trying to make the most money off of you he can. He doesn't give a fuck if you like it or not. He hasn't been in business 40 years because he's a shitty salesman.

The comments are really hilarious on here as i have a 4 1/2" Rough Country Lift and it's the best lift that i have owned compared to other lifts and my buddy who is a rock hard crawler and owns a business of such offers that brand and a couple other ones and always recommends the Rough Country Lift as well as the King Shocks. If u wan't there best lift u have to go with the X-Series but depending on how much cash u can drop is the question, i have taken my Jeep all over the place and haven't had any problems or hard rides like described in previous comments. This rant brought to you by Rough Country Suspensions, quality so high, you can't even see it.

U think your the shit and Mr. Know it all respect goes a long way and telling someone they are full of shit when the facts are there just make u look stupid , i was asking some general questions and u come back like a smart ass and think u know everything and your on top of the world but that's okay cause u are not impressing me nor does your opinion reflect on me either and no skin off my back it just shows how ignorant and bias u are, i was trying to help out another fellow Jeeper and my experiences that i have encountered in the past and then u label me with others posting about Rough Country and the opinions were not given to him in the best interest they were given to him in a bias manner and favorable manner. If u look at the image i'm pretty sure that is a drag link wich is in return a flip kit but maybe i'm just new to this game and don't know anything about suspension systems. Once again that is a 4.5 lift on 35's and doesn't sag at all and it's pretty funny that i have taken it on the Rubicon and not had any issues like other lift kits and such. Try showing some respect and that will go a long way.

A run on sentence goes a long way too. It doesn't end.

You could just swap out the coils, only. In EVO, you'd need probably 3" coils to replace your 2.5" coils, although you'd have to measure to figure out exactly how much lift you have, now. I know you can buy their coils separately. You probably can buy Rancho that way, too. The other components would only need replacement, if they break.

To measure lift...

My measurements are the following differences from stock
Coil = 4.5 inch
Shock = 3 inch

I'm assuming to just buy a replacement in the same sizes?

That isn't a flip kit.
You said it yourself - you don't know anything, and should probably stop commenting.

Drag Link and Flip Kit are the same thing so maybe u should stop commenting and obviously u didn't look at the picture and EVO makes one and guess what its called EVO Drag Link Flip Kit.

Sigh. You are so stupid I'm not even going to explain what YOU have under your OWN jeep.
Here's a hint, it ISN'T A FLIP KIT.

Exactly. If the drag link had been flipped, it would enter the knuckle on the axle side from above. In the stock configuration, it enters from below. The EVO kit, for example, uses the drag link from an OEM RHD Jeep because, when flipped, it works for a LHD wrangler once the knuckle has been drilled out.

In this guy's picture, the drag link appears to enter the knuckle from below (just like OEM). So, no flip. Maybe he doesn't know the difference between a drag link and a trackbar. :thinking:

Wow.2 users flipped their lids over a suspension thread. Been awhile since that happened.

I don't claim to know it all, I just clearly know what parts are on your Jeep better than you do based on pictures YOU posted. You do not have a flip kit, you have a dropped pitman arm which actually can be seen in the second photo. A part well documented on this and pretty much every other Jeep JK forum to cause the steering shaft to sheer and leave you stranded. What you call bias, this entire forum calls educated. Also I could not give rat's hairy red dripping cunt what you are impressed by. I don't need to show you a a single pickled dick's ounce of respect because that is earned and you haven't done that here. If that is unclear to you, then you should peruse this entire thread and you'll see that other than the typical drive-by Wayalife bashers, no one respects you. The thing is, as of my last post, I had moved on but you keep coming on here and posturing trying to prove you're more knowledgeable, and pushing a kit very few care for as if your personal experiences are the lynchpin to success for the entire Rough Country brand. Sad really because I looked up your posts and as of yesterday, excluding this thread, you actually seemed like you were interacting well with the other threads and would be a good, active member who was asking questions and trying to learn so he could contribute actual credible information. Based on those posts no one would have ever guessed you were the infected douche nozzle you turned out to be. As a small bit of advice that you can take or leave as you wish... and this is based solely on the RC gets you through the Rubicon when other kits have issues and best kit money can buy even on a $75,000 budget, try looking up the word bias in the dictionary before you use it again. Because between that and thinking you know what parts are on you own vehicle, it's frankly really embarrassing. On the bright side, while you may not garner much respect, you may at least get a few buckets of pity from a few people for your ignorance and that's something to build on.
