A Dirt Head's JK

Some of you may remember my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door in bright white. I previously had a thread for him but wanted to start a fresh one to keep y'all updated more consistently than I had before.

I'll also post up pics of trail runs here.

Here he is on day one:

Getting his first taste of dirt at Corral Canyon:

Shortly after I took the air dam off and scored some Rubicon take offs from a buddy...

Also witnessed some brotherly love while working on the TJ

Claimed my parking spot at school and took the doors off finally...

Completely stripped down the Jeep for another run through Corral Canyon's Gunslinger and Bronco Flats

Ran the Pinyon Mountain Trail with a friend, and spotted him through the infamous "Squeeze" without a scratch. My Jeep elected to pass on this one, so I was the designated spotter for the day haha, makes me itching for 35s. Coming real soon.

Also, his Headlights have a white ring that appear purple on camera. Trippy.

Most recent Trail run I've done was Gold Mountain in Big Bear. Definitely my favorite run I've done in the little JK so far. Highly recommended, and also on BOH.

And finally we come to how he sits now, on a fresh set of BFG KM2s while funds for the lift and tires are finalized. Most likely giving these to my buddy who has a TJ since they'll only have a month's use on them. But hey, got them discounted since I work at a tire shop so I said what the hell! Those old KMs I was on were getting really worn anyway.

I also got a set of reinforced hood latches to stop the devious hood flutter we've all most likely gotten on are JKs. Will post up pics tomorrow but as of now the thread is up to date! Looking forward to the next mod and trail run!

Just ordered a long overdue and very necessary Wayalife side decal as well - I'm ready for the horsepower gains and overall increased offroad capability lol

Daystar Hood Wranglers - No more flutter! Will most likely eventually get the reinforced Rugged Ridge latches, but wanted to retain a factory look on them for now.
