Pr44 are fronts, they aren't made for the rear

Unless you're going big the stock rear 44 should be fine and I wouldn't gear it above a 5.13, 5.38 is just too thin.

My wife will be running the PR44 front and stock 44 rear on her's with 37's.

unless you plan on running 40s or bigger and running KoH every year, your rear 44 should be fine.

Evo Rock Sliders

I have the evo sliders and I must say, they are virtually indestructible. Plus i like that they weld on. They do provide a bit of a step, but not a lot. My wife had a collapsible step stool on a rope she uses at times. She uses it to get it, pulls it into the jeep by the rope , folds and places under the seat.

No they only come bare

The sliders come bare, but they are easy enough to paint yourself. If you feel like that's something you don't want to tackle, you could always just have them powder coated.
