Little more work today. I’m more of a grinder than a welder. But I’m learning.

I cut the patch off the wreck Jeep. Same year as the donor tub.

Getting there, I can finish cleaning up the metal until the cowl reinforcement plate comes in. It welds inside the tub.

Two days of metal work to remove the rotted one and the donor.

I’m really trying to restore with original parts. A repo was only $150.00 🥴

Grinding and pealing off the sheet metal was a bitch.
