Yup…put a Turkey n a pan, cover with a bottle of oyster sauce, cover with foil with a couple holes poked in it…cook overnight with kiawe wood (mesquite) and volcanic rock…it falls apart like pulled pork

Start a fire packed with porous volcanic rock…let it burn till the rocks a glowing red. Cover the rocks with smashed banana stumps & banana leaves…put food on top, cover food with banana leaves, then wet burlap sacks and cover with tarp…seal edge with dirt that came out of pit…tarp gets tight as a drum…cooks overnight at low temp (around 200 degrees)
