What awesome scenery. I'm always hesitant to just explore on whim by myself, but your excursions like this make it so tempting. Thanks for sharing!

Just grab a bottle of water for you and the family and follow your GPS. You'll be fine.... All kidding aside I've done it a lot with work and at least I have a radio so I can call for help if I need to. Most of the time it works.


Looks like a great trip. I love the old "wild west" history. Maybe I'll start looking into jobs located in Carson City or Reno..
