Call insurance. Also looks like your pumpkin is twisted forward. Either control arm, broken bracket, or twisted tube. Does your friend drive a Ford Raptor?

My advice also. It appears that there's enough stuff bent and destroyed to warrant a new suspension and hopefully the frame is not screwed-up also.
What's that leak on the ground? Break fluid or differential oil? I would not even drive your Jeep. Tow it to a good shop and tell the insurance guy to take a look.
