Just finished unpacking from the move
Well, I just moved to Tucson and bought a house. My shop is Still in work, looks a lot better though. I have been working on it all weekend. I built my bench also this weekend.

I’m in the process of converting my ~20x20x10 garage into a work shop. It needs to be cleared out, but today I had my garage door converted to a “high lift “ and it is now a mere 6-8” from the ceiling where it was 2.5-3’ lower. I also had the tech install a jack shaft opener to get the other opener out of the middle of the ceiling. This will allow me to install a 9’ 2 post lift in the next two to three weeks and get things organized. Once I get things cleared away from the walls I’m gonna run surface mounted electric outlets and air lines. I may even decide to paint.

I picked up my lift at a local Estes terminal. It was delayed a week due to shipping during the Easter weekend but it’s here now. I’m on vacation next week so the install will have to wait a bit longer.

Here is my new setup I just finished building in November. It's a 40x60, 14' tall x 12' wide doors, enough power to run a small city, and no pesky neighbors to yell at me for working on stuff at 2am. :bleh:
I'm working on finishing up my office right now, and will eventually build out the top of it for a mancave. Once that is done, I'll start adding in all my tools, lift, etc.

Don’t put a shitter or shower in the office. Or at least no shower. If you do you’ll have all your buddies going through a rough patch over stay their welcome....
