You can try after market remote. I got mine at Hime Depot since there wasn’t one when I moved in. It’s 8 years old and it’s seen some beating, everything is flopping around inside but still works lol. I got the ‘clicker’ brand

I use an after market one also. Got it at Lowe's I think. I stuffed it inside the roll cage padding, works every time.
