1980 CJ7 “Papa Mo” and 1946 CJ2A “Fire Fly”

The CJ7 was my dads, my kids called him papa mo. He left it to me before he past. The CJ2A was a project that took way to long and I was always afraid to wheel it. Went to friend who feels the same way. I wish I never sold it and am trying to get it back, nothing hundred dollar bills won’t cure🙄. Great looking old iron here, E335E4FF-E9A0-4DF7-8073-94AD0165AFB6.jpg CB2EEE88-7B88-4319-B36F-D2BA1125B816.jpg 77B37B93-A8D8-42A7-91D1-3840925DA247.jpg 51903A2C-36E0-49B7-8B97-0727479521C5.jpeg

I picked up this 68 or 69 the other day for 750$. It has a 350 and body is in decent shape, just needs some paint. I am going to take it to the frame to fix a few issues. Hope to have it running in a couple months.

Thanks guys!
I did some research and I believe that one of the colors for the "civilian willys" in 1948 was a Potomac Gray. Someone correct me if I'm wrong with that color.

But this is the color I want to go with and make it like it just rolled off the showroom floor 😎🤙

My 1980 CJ-5. It’s one of too many projects I have, but I plan on focusing on it this year.
