PSC Delphi Steering Box Leak

Well, everything is back together again and so far so good. Took Rubicat out for a test drive and no leaks. :thumb:

LOL!! There really wasn't much to it - just replaced the 1 o-ring which took minutes to do. The hardest part was pulling the steering box from the Jeep, reinstalling it, reconnecting all the plumbing and bleeding the system. :yup:

From some of the pictures I found on the interweb it did not look too difficult but the again you never know.

Yes taking the steering box in and out is a huge pain in the ass. Definitely the hardest part of installing psc hydro assist.
