Abortion aside, we don't give the death penalty to everyone that murders someone so why would this be a blanket thing?

If they wanted to try someone for abortion they would probably have better luck bringing them to a jury trial and showing evidence for why they should get the death penalty or life in prison.

Emotions aside, these stupid bills are nothing more than pandering to the base. It's a waste of time. I think the best that can be done on this subject is limiting the timeframe where it can be performed.
