the genius behind this... yes, I use the word genius; instead of addressing issues and having creating members of a greater peaceful society, this encouragement of "progress" keeps these groups enslaved to marxist democrats.
Look at maxine waters, her entire political existence she has been promising housing but always blames other factors for not being able to deliver.
There is no intention to deliver the "Carrot," she would lose the next election in an instant, but the vouchers and other handouts delivered keeps them super glued to the nipple and in submission, let them release their outrage every few years and they'll stay in place.
I'm baffled why people listen and accept the fact that so many of these socialist democrats live in luxury while preaching enjoy where you live, there is nothing better for you beyond these boundaries ... invisible chains.

I agree 100%.

The last thing any of these ’leaders’ want is an actual solution to a problem. The problem empowers them. Truth be known they create a problem so they can provide ’solutions’. These false solutions always increase their power and always make things worse through secondary and tertiary effects.

Some individuals cannot see this or worse- they see it but are comfortable blaming something/someone else for their own personal shortcomings.
