I keep telling myself I need to get one every time I'm doing a flooring job and and using my undercut saw.
Converting to a raised slab so all walls need to be gone (except bearing wall, of course). Most of them were rotted away at the base from prior flooding, so I would've needed to rebuild them anyway.
Most everything I found was expected. A couple issues with the exterior cinder block walls I didn't count on, but we should be okay.

Original construction was cinder block on a footer all around the perimeter. Main floor joist beam was set on 2x2 foot brick piers. The bullshit you see in the photo is years of bubbas "fixing" sagging and rotten floor joists.
Yeah, just don't have him repair the floor in your Jeep and you should be fine. [emoji41]
