first useful thing to come from teraflex....

That's so bizarre.

Right? What if you HAVE to move? Those jeeps were a few inches away.. so what? That’s got to be a glitch.

Holy crap, that was from the Dakar. WTF were they thinking? Those should be trained operators there. Sort of goes along with the one earlier that nose dived at the bottom of a dune and was stuck vertical

Ahh.... the miracle of our modern age, keeping us all safe.....[emoji849]🤪 I’m sure that situation will become more than a few threads on here in the future.

Here’s the explanation, to the Teraflex video, showing a JL Wrangler unable to move, because a JK is parked too close to it.

“The driver wasn't wearing a seatbelt and door wasn't closed all the way. If those two conditions are met and the vehicle goes into reverse it assumes the driver is exiting the vehicle with it in reverse which poses a risk of the driver running over himself. In this condition the vehicle puts itself in park.”

Our Grand did that to me over Christmas for those two exact reasons, I figured out after I called it a piece of shit a few times and wondered how I was going to tell my wife her jeep was screwed up
