Rear Rotor Wiggle

Ok say that 3 times fast......

I just finished installing my wheel spacers but there is something I am concerned with. On the rear driver side after taking the retainer clips off, the rotor would move left and right a small amount. The passenger side did not do this. Should I be concerned?

You mean before you bolted the spacers on, right?

Not at all, If you were to remove the caliper, the rotor would just come right off. Nothing really holds them on. Most vehicles are made that way.

One might feel tighter than the other because of the emergency brake pads are not adjusted exactly the same inside them.

Don't worry, those little clips are just there so the rotor doesn't fall off when the JK is on the assembly line before the calipers and wheels are installed.
