Actually, I think what we saw then was the Tinemah Reservoir. This one is closer to the Radar Observatory. Next time we're up in the area, we'll have to check it out again. :yup:

2 reasons to go see the lake. The lake and the dishes, if they are still there.
We'll definitely do this trip sometime.

Awesome pic! I got sent out to Owens Valley for 6 mos . to do some work. Very nice place to be! I was out in the middle of nowhere well that's how it felt....:daydream: Owens_0608.jpg

They don't call them "dry lakes" for nothing. Here's a rare shot of Nemo out in the middle of one on a year that it was filled with water.
